Hiten Chaudhary, founder of Be Right, is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in B2B consultative selling, P&L management, and executing large-scale projects across 40+ countries and 100+ cities. A graduate of the Executive Business Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata, he combines strategic insight with operational excellence to deliver impactful results.

Before establishing Be Right, he spent two decades at Thomas Cook India, excelling across diverse functions, culminating in his role as Associate Vice President, MICE. He played a pivotal role in transforming the MICE vertical, achieving 3.5X growth in sales, managing a P&L of INR 2,750 Mn, and creating new revenue streams such as sports hospitality. He also led landmark projects as the head for prestigious national sporting events, including Khelo India and the National Games, where he oversaw operations involving thousands of participants and stakeholders.
